Laura is an experienced lawyer specializing in both international and domestic arbitration, with a strong track record of advising clients in complex disputes involving amounts ranging from USD 1.5 million to 200 million. Her practice primarily focuses on the infrastructure, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors, as well as the corporate and commercial fields, working under the rules of the CCB, ICC, and ICDR. She handles cases in both English and Spanish. Laura masters legal design applied to litigation proceedings.
In addition to her expertise in arbitration, Laura has also provided strategic advisory services in project finance. This work included negotiations both English and Spanish with U.S. law firms and international banks. Additionally, she has provided guidance to a multinational corporation on corporate reorganization across five jurisdictions.
