Cristina possesses 18 years of experience in representing clients in a multitude of high-profile international and domestic arbitration cases. Her expertise includes advising and representing multinational companies in arbitration cases under the ICC rules, the ICDR rules and the rules of renown arbitration centers in Latin America. Additionally, she has substantial expertise in litigation related to arbitration, including award enforcement, annulment actions, and constitutional actions related to arbitration proceedings.
